Let me tell you a quick story about my never ending rollercoaster ride...yep you guessed it...the vicious cycle of weight loss and weight gain...๐Ÿ˜ซ

Like most people, I feel like I've been in a CONSTANT BATTLE to keep the weight off for my whole life, despite trying everything under the sun. From fad diets (keto, atkins, paleo & juice detoxes etc.) to intermittent fasting and of course, a countless number of "personalized" workout plans and expensive personal training sessions - you name it and I would have tried it!

As I entered my late 30s and gave birth to my 3 beautiful children...and then into my 40s...everything was becoming increasingly harder and even more challenging ๐Ÿ˜”.
